If you’ve been around this blog for a bit, you know I rotate through coffee gear pretty regularly, grinders, brewers, travel setups, you name it. But there’s one piece of gear I’ve had for years that’s never left my setup: the Miir 360 Traveler.
It’s hands down the best reusable coffee cup I’ve ever owned. I bought it over five years ago, and it still goes with me everywhere, on work trips, family flights between Hawai‘i and New England, early-morning beach hangs, and afternoons working from a corner coffee shop. It’s lived in my bag, my car, my desk… and honestly, I’d be annoyed to go a day without it.
I picked it up after I got sick of drinking lukewarm coffee (or worse, tossing half of it out). With work, parenting, and travel, I rarely get to sit and enjoy a full cup without interruptions. I needed a reusable cup that kept coffee hot, didn’t mess with the flavor, and actually fit in a cupholder. Miir nailed it.
The 360° lid means I can sip from anywhere (no hunting for the drinking hole), and it never leaks. Except for maybe when I forget to close it, ha.
And unlike a lot of insulated mugs, this one doesn’t make your coffee taste weird. It keeps the flavor clean, whether I’m brewing fresh Moccamaster in the morning or sneaking in a quick V60 while on the road
The Miir 360 Traveler checked all the boxes:
It keeps coffee hot for hours, no exaggeration.
The 360° lid means you can sip from anywhere, no lid alignment needed.
It actually fits in every cup holder and backpack I’ve tried.
And best of all, it’s never once leaked on me. Ever.

Also, if you’re going all in on a reusable coffee cup, here’s a little tip after five years of heavy use: stainless steel interiors can get stained over time. I give mine a quick soak with Puro Caff Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder and it scrubs up like new. Seriously, it works better than anything else I’ve tried. Makes a difference if you’re particular about taste (which, let’s be honest, you probably are if you’re reading a coffee blog).

So yeah, if you’re tired of plastic travel mugs that leak, clunky lids that don’t align, or insulation that doesn’t actually work, this is the cup. Whether you’re gifting a fellow coffee nerd or just upgrading your own routine, I can’t recommend it enough.

This blog is full of reviews and recommendations, but I only stick with the things that I actually buy with my own money and have used for extended periods of time. This stainless steel insulated cup is one of them.
If you’re building a better coffee setup, or just want something that’ll keep your coffee hot and spill-free while life moves around you, this is the one I recommend.
