Mobile Apps

Apps published by Daniel Norris on the Apple App Store do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no telemetry.

Some apps may request access to your photo library to let you attach images. Photos you select are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

You can delete any data within the app at any time. Uninstalling an app removes all its stored data from your device.

HubSpot Marketplace Modules

Modules published by Daniel Norris on the HubSpot Asset Marketplace do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. They do not set cookies, make external API calls, or load third-party scripts. All module functionality runs within the HubSpot platform using standard HubSpot tools and data. Any data displayed by a module (such as blog post content) is pulled from the HubSpot account where it is installed and remains within that account.

Website

The danielnorris.com website is hosted on HubSpot. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is handled by HubSpot in accordance with their privacy policy. The website does not use third-party advertising or retargeting services.

If you submit a form on the website, the information you provide (such as your name and email address) is stored in HubSpot CRM and used only to respond to your inquiry or provide requested services. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Consulting Services

If you engage Daniel Norris for consulting work, any data shared during that engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed-upon services. Access to client systems and data is limited to what is necessary for the scope of work and is handled with care.
